La gimnasia acu\u00e1tica suave consiste en la realizaci\u00f3n de ejercicios que no suponen gran carga muscular ni f\u00edsica en la piscina con personal t\u00e9cnico adecuado al nivel de los alumnos. Est\u00e1 destinada a adultos a partir de 17 a\u00f1os.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Dentro del agua hay una gran ventaja que no nos puede aportar una sala de gimnasio convencional, ya que somos m\u00e1s ligeros debido a la flotabilidad en el medio acuoso. Debido a esto, tendremos la capacidad de hacer ejercicios con menos riesgo, porque el impacto que reciben las articulaciones es mucho menor. Aunque el esfuerzo sea mayor, podemos conseguir movimientos m\u00e1s suaves y precisos para poder realizarlos m\u00e1s detenidamente y, por tanto, el \u00e9xito del ejercicio es mayor que fuera del agua.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
